Questions hosting teams ask us
Short, direct answers. If yours is not here, write to us.
Which VMware versions does VmwarePanel support?
vCenter and ESXi from 6.5 up to 9: 6.5, 6.7, 7, 8 and 9. Standalone ESXi hosts work without a vCenter, and one panel can mix versions.
Do I need WHMCS?
The panel runs on its own and has a client area, but most providers sell through WHMCS with our module, which supports WHMCS 8 and PHP 8.1 or newer.
How is it licensed?
By the number of physical servers the panel manages. The number of VPS on them does not matter.
Can traffic be counted on download only?
Yes. Choose download, upload or the total for the whole panel, for one plan or for one server. Customers see which one counts.
What happens when a server goes over its traffic?
It is suspended automatically and started again as soon as it is back under the limit, for example after buying traffic or a basis change.
Can customers take snapshots?
Yes, up to the number you sell. They write why they take it and see the progress; old snapshots are flagged because they slow the disk down.
How are updates installed?
The panel and the WHMCS module download each release, check its signature, back up what they replace and install it. You can also push a release to every panel at once.
Where does my data live?
On your own servers. The panel runs on your infrastructure; our license server only checks the license.
Is there a Persian version?
Everything — the panel, the client area, the WHMCS module and this site — works in Persian and English, with Jalali dates.
